Since our first step in 2021, we have set out a vision of our aspirations as a responsible employer committed to meeting the expectations of its stakeholders. Our ambition is to contribute, within our means, to the creation of a desirable future in which basic human needs and planetary boundaries are respected. We do not claim to be a market leader in sustainability, but we are fully aware of the important role we have to play as part of the financial sector. Sustainability must be approached with seriousness and humility if change is to happen.

Despite our delisting in spring 2024, we remain sincerely committed to transparency and continue our efforts to make progress on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. Although we are not yet required to publish a non-financial report, it is important for us to involve our stakeholders in our sustainability approach and keep them informed of our progress.
In March 2024, we reached an important milestone by publishing our 2023 Sustainability report with reference to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and implementing our first Materiality Matrix.
